Keith Loutit Tilt Shift Videos

Keith Loutit is a photographer in Sydney, Australia that specializes in time lapse, tilt shift photography. This means that he takes photos of events over time (such as at the arena in the video below) tilting the camera's lens relative to the image plane and using a large aperture to achieve a very shallow depth of field. He stitches everything together into videos that make it look like we are voyeurs into a lilliputian world.

I don't know much about this picture, but some how the evil police forces of the future always looked more menacing than this -- the Segways somehow totally distract from the danger of them having automatic weapons. LOL
